Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Items purchased during Virtual Sample Sales are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, due to their discounted nature and possible minor defects.
